REWARD: Help Sagamore Hills police, FBI identify bank robber | News

SAGAMORE HILLS, OH (WOIO)- Sagamore Hills Police and the FBI searching for a bank robbery suspect.
The heist happened Tuesday at 3 p.m. at the Charter One Bank on West Aurora Road.
The suspect approached the teller counter and presented a note demanding money. The teller complied and provided the suspect with money that contained a dye pack. The dye pack activated outside of the bank. The suspect dropped the money and was observed getting into the driver's side of a blue Acura car. The car was seen traveling west behind an adjoining shopping plaza.
The subject is described as a white man in his mid to late 30's, between 5'10-6'0" tall, with a skinny build. He was wearing a dark ball cap with dark framed glasses, a dark and gray hoodie and blue jeans. No physical injuries were reported.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Sagamore Hills Police Department at 330-468-0900 or the FBI/Akron office at 330-535-6156. Tips can remain anonymous.
Reward money is available for information leading to the successful identification and prosecution of this individual.
